BUDGET HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Cooks Valley that a Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget will be held at the Cooks Valley Town Hall on Tuesday November 9, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. The following is a summary of the proposed 2011 budget.  The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the home of the town clerk.  Please call for an appointment at 568-2037.
            Expected Expenditures…………………..$300,348.26
            Expected Revenues………………………$155,944.23
            Proposed Town Levy…………………….$144,404.03

Special Meeting Notice

Notice is herby given that on Tuesday November 9, 2010 immediately following the Public Hearing Meeting, which begins at 7:30 p.m., a special town meeting of the electors pursuant to section 60.12 [1] [c] of Wisconsin Statutes will be held at the Cooks Valley Town Hall.   The agenda will include:

1. Adoption of the town tax levy to be paid in 2011 pursuant to Section 60.10 [1] [a] of Wisconsin Statutes of $144,404.03
2. Approval of the 2011 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 [2] of Wisconsin Statues.
