This is a notice of change of the date and time of the Town of Cooks Valley Public Hearing of the Comprehensive Plan as published November 5, 2009. 

As per Chapter 66.1001(4) (d) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the public hearing of the Town of Cooks Valley Comprehensive Plan will be on Monday December 28, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cooks Valley Town Hall 15751 40th Street Bloomer, WI. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments regarding the Ordinance to Adopt the Town of Cooks Valley Comprehensive Plan.  The plan includes ten elements, analyzes past trends, current demographics and sets goals for the future of the town.  Introductory remarks will precede the public hearing to provide an overview of the planning process and main outcomes reflected in the plan

Copies of the draft of the Cooks Valley Comprehensive Land Use Plan may be reviewed at 4041 County Highway A Bloomer, WI David LaGesse, chairman of the plan commission, at 3717 County Highway A Victoria Trinko, town clerk, at the Gerald E. Bleskacek Memorial Library, Valley Tavern, Trout Creek Inn, the mailbox at the Cooks Valley Town Hall or at the website http://cv1927.bloomertel.net

For those unable to attend the public hearing, written comments should be send to Victoria Trinko, Town Clerk, 3717 County Highway A Bloomer, WI 54724 and must be received not later than December 19, 2009.
