ANNUAL MEETING

APRIL 15, 2025

Chairman Darrel Fehr called the annual meeting to order at 7:00 pm on April 15, 2025.  Supervisors: Kale Clements and Matt Borofka, Clerk: Vicki Freeberg and Treasurer: Jan Thorson were also present.

Chairman Darrel Fehr read the minutes of the April 16, 2024 annual meeting.  Matt Borofka made a motion to place on file the minutes of the annual meeting of April 16, 2024.  Kale Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 10-0.

Chairman Darrel Fehr presented the 2024 financial report.  The categories and amounts were explained. The board certified the financial statement.

Date was set for 2026 Annual Meeting to be held April 21, 2026.

There was discussion on increasing salary for Election workers, road workers, recycling (hourly) and Deputy Clerk from the current $12 to $15/hour. Gene Pagel made a motion to increase these hourly wages to $15.00 and add to the May agenda to be approved by the Board. Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion. The motion carried 10-0.

There was discussion on increase in salary for Chairman, Supervisors, Treasurer and Clerk. Beth Pagel made a motion to raise Chairman, Treasurer and Clerk wages by $600.00/year and Supervisor salary $300/year. Linda Smith seconded the motion. The motion carried 10-0.

A motion made by Gene Pagel to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 pm.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  Motion carried 10-0.
