Notice of Voting Equipment Audit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.08 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. § 21081, the Town of Cooks Valley will conduct a voting system audit on November 26, 2024 at 8:30am at the Chippewa County Courthouse located at 711 N Bridge Street, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729.   The reporting unit to be audited is Town of Cooks Valley, which utilizes the Clear Ballot & Clear Cast voting system.  The reporting unit and contests were randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
