NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on July 31, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. with the plan commission meeting following at the Cooks Valley Town Hall 3633 155^th Ave, Bloomer, WI 54724. The hearing is for the request of a variance for the following:

Luke Borofka - property at 15732 60^th ST, Bloomer, WI has requested a variance of Chapter 7 Lot Size section (4) A –Building Setbacks. The ordinance states all buildings must be at least 100 feet from the center line of any adjoining road. All single or two-family residences must be a minimum of 60 feet from any property line. All outbuildings must be a minimum of 30 feet from any property line.
