The Plan Commission for the Town of Cooks Valley will conduct a meeting on Monday April 30, 2012 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15784 40th Street] at 7:30 P.M.  The public is invited to attend this meeting.

2. Comment by Chairman Town of Cooks Valley
3. Election of plan commission officers
4. Presentation by the Chippewa Sands mining company
5. Review and deem Chippewa Sands mining application as complete
6. Public Comment
7. Discussion and possible negotiations between the Town of Cooks Valley plan commission and the Chippewa Sands mining company
8. Adjourn
