Plan Commission Meetings
 Town of Cooks Valley

The Plan Commission for the Town of Cooks Valley will conduct a series of meetings at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15784 40th Street] to address the process of mining applications.  The public is invited to attend these meetings. 
The Town of Cooks Valley plan commission welcomes public comments on matters pertaining to mining issues.  Because it is important to maintain order during the meeting, the plan commission requests that all public comments on an issue shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person, no person may make more than one (1) comment per subject.  The plan commission also requests a written outline be presented to the plan commission so specific concerns can be listed and addressed. A possible quorum of the Town of Cooks Valley town board may be present at these meetings.
