Plan Commission Meeting
Town of Cooks Valley

The Plan Commission for the Town of Cooks Valley will conduct a meeting on Wednesday August 26, 2015 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall (15751 40th Street) following the 8:00 pm public hearing.  A possible quorum of the town board of Cooks Valley may be present.  The public is invited to attend this meeting.

2. Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of June 9, 2015
3. Discussion and possible approval concerning the request for a variance of building setback limits.
