Plan Commission Meeting

The Plan Commission for the Town of Cooks Valley will conduct a meeting on Wednesday
December 2, 2015 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall (15751 40th Street) following the 8:00 pm public hearing.  A possible quorum of the town board of Cooks Valley may be present.  The public is invited to attend this meeting.

1. Call to Order 
2. Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of August 26, 2015
3. Discussion and possible approval concerning the request for a variance lot size and  lot area reduction:  Dean, Debbie, and Gerald Rosenbrook
4. Future agenda items and business
