Plan Commission Meeting
Town of Cooks Valley

The Plan Commission for the Town of Cooks Valley will conduct a meeting at 8:00 pm on Wednesday December 6, 2017 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall (15751 40th Street).  A possible quorum of the town board of Cooks Valley may be present.  The public is invited to attend this meeting.

1. Call to Order 
2. Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of September 6, 2017  
3. Public Comment
4. Discussion and review of the Land Comprehensive plan
5. Discussion and possible action on permits, materials in the permits, protocol for the follow-up of compliance by permit applicant
6. Dissemination of information concerning signage of town boundaries, landfills, and  other concerns of the commission
7. Future agenda items and business
8. Adjourn
