Plan Commission Special Meeting
Town of Cooks Valley
August 21,2008

David LaGesse, Chaman of the Plan Commission, called the Plan
Commission meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. on Thursday August 21,2008 at the
Cooks Valley Town hall. Those present at the meeting were David LaGesse, Ron
Fanetti, Arlene Hintman, Jerry Ruff Doug Zwiefelhofer, and Chris DeGidio. A
list of public attendees is on file with the Plan Commission.

The Plan Commission received a draft of a proposed APPENDIX-B to the
CHAPTER 19 NON-METALLIC MINING ORDINANCE presented by a group of
Cooks Valley residents with existing pits on their property. A lengthy discussion
followed with some revisions to be made, and some legal issues to research. A
revised draft will be submitted at the September 4, meeting.

FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND BUSINESS

- Continue discussion of proposed NON-METALLIC MINING
ORDNANCE APPENDIX-B

- The next Plan Commission meeting will be Thursday September 4,2008 at 7:30 P.M.

ADJOURNMENT:
Jerry Ruff made a motion to adioum, the meeting at 9:45 pm. .Arlene
Hinttzman seconded the motion, The motion passed 5-0.
