PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
August 26, 2015

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 8:01 pm on Wednesday August 26, 2015 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15751 40th Street].   Plan Commission members in attendance:  Doug Zwiefelhofer, Calvin Swartz, Thomas Short, and Damian Prince.
Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of June 9, 2015: Damian Prince made a motion to approve the plan commission minutes of June 9, 2015.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.
Discussion and possible request for a variance of a building set back limits:  Upon transfer of land parcel description number 23010-2642-0020000, the committee recommends to the town board a variance be granted for a setback of 40 feet instead of 60 feet because it lines up with the existing garage.  Damian Prince made a motion to recommend to the Town of Cooks Valley board a variance upon transfer of land parcel numbered 23010-2642-0020000 be granted for a setback of 40 feet instead of 60 feet because it lines up with the existing garage.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.
