PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
December 2, 2015

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 8:16 pm on Wednesday December 2, 2015 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15751 40th Street].   Plan Commission members in attendance:  Doug Zwiefelhofer, Calvin Swartz, Thomas Short, and Stanley Sarauer.
Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of August 26, 2015: Copies of the minutes were not available so these will be approved at the next plan commission meeting.
Discussion and possible approval concerning a request for a variance lot size and lot area reduction:   Stanley Sarauer made a motion to not grant a variance to Dean, Debbie, and Gerald Rosenbrook.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.  This decision was reached due to the ordinance stating a lot size must be five acre minimum.
Future Agenda Items & Business:  Approve the minutes of the August 26 and December 2 meetings.
­­­­­­Adjourn:  Stanley Sarauer made a motion to adjourn.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.
