COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
December 5, 2018

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 8:07 pm on Wednesday December 5, 2018 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15751 40th Street].   Plan Commission members in attendance:  Doug Zwiefelhofer, Thomas Short, Calvin Swartz and Damian Prince.

Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of March 14 & March 27, 2018:  Calvin Swartz made a motion to approve the plan commission meeting minutes of March 14 & March 27, 2018.  Damian Prince seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.
 Review of Land Comprehensive Plan revisions:  The Plan Commission reviewed the revisions to the Land Comprehensive plan.  Calvin Swartz made a motion to approve the changes to the Land Comprehensive plan.  Damian Prince seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.

Future agenda items and business:
Approval of the December 5, 2018 plan commission minutes.
Make changes to the Land Comprehensive plan.

Adjourn:  Calvin Swartz made a motion to adjourn at 9:47 pm.  Damian Prince seconded the motion.
