COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
February 27, 2019

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 8:04 pm on Wednesday February 27, 2019 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15751 40th Street].   Plan Commission members in attendance:  Doug Zwiefelhofer, Thomas Short, Calvin Swartz and Damian Prince.
Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of December 5, 2018:  Damian Prince made a motion to approve the plan commission meeting minutes of December 5, 2018.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.
Discussion of culvert placement on Jeff Ballentine lot-Springer survey map – The Plan Commission  discussed and determined that placement of the culvert will not affect the adjoining land owners any more than at the present time.
Review the revised version #2 of the Land Comprehensive plan:  The Plan Commission reviewed the revisions of version #2 of the Land Comprehensive plan.  Damian Prince made a motion to present the Land Comprehensive plan to the Cooks Valley Town Board with the changes made.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.
Future agenda items and business:
Approval of the February 27, 2019 minutes of the Plan commission.
Adjourn:  Calvin Swartz made a motion to adjourn at 9:42 pm.  Damian Prince seconded the motion.
The motion carried 4-0.
