PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
February 6, 2013

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 8:00 pm on Wednesday February 6, 2013 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15784 40th Street].   Plan Commission members in attendance:  Doug Zwiefelhofer, Arlene Hintzman, and Thomas Short.
Public Comment:  There was no public comment.
Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of August 8, 2012 and December 5, 1012:  Arlene Hintzman made a motion to approve the August 8, 2012 minutes.  Thomas Short seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.  Arlene Hintzman made a motion to approve the December 5, 2012 minutes.  Thomas Short seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
Discussion and possible action on revision of Chapter 23 Schedule of Fees and Forfeitures:    Thomas Short made a motion to recommend Chapter 23 to the town board.  Arlene Hintzman seconded the motion.  The motion carried 5-0.
Discussion and possible action on Chapter 24 ATV Routes in the Town of Cooks Valley:  Arlene Hintzman made a motion to recommend to the town board to adopt Chapter 24 with the corrections as discussed which include:  section 3-D- define “operate” as legal # 20081 –D; section 4 updated map; section 5 sunrise to sunset.  Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.

Adjourn:  Thomas Short made a motion to adjourn at 8:49 pm.  Arlene Hintzman seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
