Plan Commission Meeting
David LaGesse, Chairman of the Plan Commission, called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. on Wednesday February 4, 2009 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall. Those present at the meeting were David LaGesse, Ron Fanetti, Arlene Hintzman, Doug Zwiefelhofer, and Chris DeGidio. A list of public attendees is on file with the Plan Commission.
Arlene Hintzman made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes for the January 21, 2009 Plan Commission meeting. Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion, the motion passed 4-0.
The Plan Commission had a lengthy discussion of the township’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. These items when finalized will comprise their own section of the comprehensive plan.
The Plan Commission spent the rest of the meeting working on the comprehensive plan. Arlene Hintzman is in the process of obtaining several different maps of Cooks Valley from the U.S.G.S. as well as information on support services for the elderly and special needs persons.

Arlene Hintzman made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:14 pm. Chris DeGidio seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0.
