David LaGesse, Chairman of the Plan Commission, called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday July 1, 2009 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall. Those present at the meeting were David LaGesse, Arlene Hintzman, Chris DeGidio and Doug Zwiefelhofer.
Arlene Hintzman made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes for the June 3, 2009 Plan Commission meeting. Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion, the motion passed 4-0.
The Plan Commission members present decided that Chapter 18 needed to be reformatted and the purpose rewritten. Although no variances were compromised, and there have been no complaints, the Plan Commission recognizes that some steps in Chapter 18 have not been fallowed in the past. This was due to the fact that the Planning Commission did not receive a copy of Chapter 18 until January 21, 2009, and all involved were preoccupied with the sand mining issues much of last year.
Chris DeGidio will present a revised Chapter 18 for review and possible vote at the next meeting. The plan commission will also be adding to the Protocol To Meet With The Plan Commission sheet so that it compliments Chapter 18.
The Plan Commission spent the rest of the meeting working on the comprehensive planning legislation guide.

Chris DeGidio made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 pm. Arlene Hintzman seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0.
