COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
March 14, 2018

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 8:04 pm on Wednesday March  14, 2018 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15751 40th Street].   Plan Commission members in attendance:  Doug Zwiefelhofer, Thomas Short, Stanley Sarauer. Calvin Swartz and Damian Prince.
Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of February 21, 2018:  Damain Prince made the motion to approve the minutes of the February 21, 2018 plan commission meeting with the change of Stanley Prince to Stanley Sarauer in the adournment motion.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.  The motion carried 5-0.
Discussion and Review of pages 20-25 of the Land Comprehensive Plan:  The plan commission reviewed and made changes to pages 20-25 of the Land Comprehensive Plan.
Future agenda items and business:
Review and discuss pages of the rest of the Land Comprehensive Plan
Review maps of sand mines
Review ATV/UTV routes and trails in the township
The next plan commission meeting will be Tuesday March 27, 2018 at 8:00 pm.
Adjourn:  Damian Prince made a motion to adjourn at 10:24 pm.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.
The motion carried 5-0.
