COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
March 27, 2018

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 8:07 pm on Tuesday March 27, 2018 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15751 40th Street].   Plan Commission members in attendance:  Doug Zwiefelhofer, Thomas Short, Calvin Swartz and Damian Prince.
Approval of the plan commission meeting minutes of March 14, 2018:  This item was tabled until the next plan commission meeting. 
Discussion and Review of pages 26-44 of the Land Comprehensive Plan:  The plan commission reviewed and made changes to pages 26-44 of the Land Comprehensive Plan, maps of sand mines and ATV/UTVroutes and trails in the township.
Future agenda items and business:
Discussion and possible approval of the March 14, 2018 and March 27, 2018 plan commission meetings.
Adjourn:  Damian Prince made a motion to adjourn at 9:15 pm.  Calvin Swartz seconded the motion.
The motion carried 4-0.
