PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Town of Cooks Valley
May 14, 2012

Chairman Doug Zwiefelhofer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 3:08 pm on Wednesday May 14, 2012 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall [15784 40th Street]. 
Arlene Hintzman read the minutes of April 18, 2012 plan commission meeting. 
Discussion and action on a recommendation to the town board of Cooks Valley concerning the permit for Preferred Sands Mining Company:  Tom Short made a motion that the Preferred Sands of Minnesota’s application is complete.  Arlene Hintzman seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0. 
Arlene Hintzman made a motion recommending the approval of Preferred Sands of Minnesota’s permit with the addition of discussed conditions and modifications to be worked on by the town board.  Carol M. Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.

Tom Short made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:46 pm.  Carol M. Clements seconded the motion.   The motion carried 4-0.
