Plan Commission Meeting
Town of Cooks Valley
May 6, 2009
David LaGesse, Chairman of the Plan Commission, called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. on Wednesday May6, 2009 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall. Those present at the meeting were David LaGesse, Rudy Oblak, Arlene Hintzman, Chris DeGidio and Doug Zwiefelhofer.
Arlene Hintzman made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes for the April8, 2009 Plan Commission meeting. Rudy Oblak seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
Chris DeGidio made a motion to accept the final draft of the value statement to be included in the Comprehensive Plan. Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
The Plan Commission spent the rest of the meeting working on the comprehensive planning legislation guide.
FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND BUISNESS
- Discussion and possible action on Louis Sonnentag’s variance
- Continue working on the comprehensive plan
ADJOURNMENT:
Rudy Oblak made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:05 pm. Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion. The motion passed 5-0.
