David LaGesse, Chairman of the Plan Commission, called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. on Wednesday November 11, 2009 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall. Those present at the meeting were David LaGesse, Arlene Hintzman, Rudy Oblak, Chris DeGidio, and Doug Zwiefelhofer.
Doug Zwiefelhofer made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes for the October 7, 2009 Plan Commission meeting. Chris DeGidio seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
Arlene Hintzman made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes for the November 4, 2009 Plan Commission meeting. Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
Rudy Oblak made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes for the October 7, 2009 Plan Commission Public Hearing. Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
Earl Hassemer and Ron Fanetti were also present and there was no public comment.
Doug Zwiefelhofer made a motion to approve Rick Koehler’s request for a setback variance and make a recommendation to the Town Board. Rudy Oblak seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
Arlene Hintzman made a motion to approve Nate Prince’s request for a temporary exemption from the Chapter 17 Manufactured and Mobile Home Ordinance, provided there be a deadline in place where the mobile home in question will be either removed or made to comply with Chapter 17. Doug Zwiefelhofer seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0. The recommendation will be passed on to the Town Board and the deadline will be up to them.
Darrel Fehr was skipped because he did not appear.
The Plan Commission spent the rest of the meeting finishing the implementation section, and final assembly of the Comprehensive Plan.
