David LaGesse, Chairman of the Plan Commission, called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. on Wednesday September 2, 2009 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall. Those present at the meeting were David LaGesse, Arlene Hintzman, Rudy Oblak, Chris DeGidio and Doug Zwiefelhofer.
Doug Zwiefelhhofer made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes for the July 1, 2009 Plan Commission meeting. Arlene Hintzman seconded the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
Earl Hassemer attended to discuss the Plan Commission’s minutes and agendas for the Cooks Valley website.
The Plan Commission made some changes to the Plan commission resolution. A new draft will be presented at the next meeting for a possible acceptance vote.
The Plan Commission spent the rest of the meeting working on the comprehensive planning legislation guide.

Rudy Oblak made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 pm. Arlene Hintzman seconded the motion. The motion passed 5-0.
