NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on December 2, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. with a plan commission meeting following at the Cooks Valley Town Hall 15751 40th Street Bloomer, WI 54724. 
The hearing is for the request of a variance for the following:
Dean D. & Debbie Rosenbrook 16140 65th Street Bloomer, WI and Gerald Rosenbrook have requested a variance of Chapter 7 Lot Size Section (3)   A.  Minimum required.  No lot shall be of less area or width than a
total of five (5) acres required by these regulations in which the lot is
placed.  D. Lot area reduction.   No lot area shall be reduced by any means
so as to create a lot of less than the required size or so that the existing setbacks, yards, open space or lot area would be reduced below that required by these regulations.
