The town board of the Town of Cooks Valley, Bloomer, Wisconsin, will have a public hearing on July 19, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., at the Cooks Valley Town Hall 15784 40th Street for discussion of the Non-Metallic Mining permit submitted by Preferred Sands of Minnesota, LLC
At the conclusion of the public hearing which will be limited to two hours, unless extended by the Town Chairman, the town board will meet to discuss the testimony, the permit application, and any proposed changes and/or additional conditions, and may vote on whether to approve, deny, or approve with modifications the proposed permit.
