Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on May 3, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. with the plan commission meeting following at the Cooks Valley Town Hall 15751 40th Street Bloomer, WI 54724.  The hearing is for the request of a variance for the following:

  1. Andy and Erin Borofka-property at 3090 155th Avenue Bloomer, WI have requested a variance of Chapter 7 Lot Size section (4) A –Building Setbacks.  The ordinance states all buildings must be at least 100 feet from the centerline of any adjoining road.  All single or two-family residences must be a minimum of 60 feet from any property line. All outbuildings must be a minimum of 30 feet from any property line.
