Regular Town Board Meeting

December 8, 2008

Chairman Ron Fanetti called the meeting to order on December 8, 2008 at 7:33 pm.  The supervisors present were: David Clements and Gary Yakesh.  Delegation present were:  Victoria Trinko-clerk, Eunice Steinmetz-treasurer, and see the attached attendance sheet for residents attending the meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT:  There was no public comment.
David Clements made a motion to approve and place on file the minutes of November 10, 2008 and the minutes of the special town board meeting on November 12, 2008.   Gary Yakesh seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0. 
Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve the December financial report.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0. 
Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve the November bills.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to move $1059.00 from Non-allocated Funds to cover categories B-077 through T-094.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
Changes to the building permit ordinance was postponed until the January regular town board meeting.
Discussion and possible action on expanding the number of members on the plan commission was postponed until the January regular town board meeting.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve Mary Kay Fanetti, Vernetta Fanetti, Jean Meinen, Carol Clements, Judith Prince, Yvonne Seidling as election inspectors.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
CLERK’S REPORT:

• Ron Fanetti signed affidavits for the posting of the Budget Hearing Notice & Public Hearing on changes to Mining Ordinance-Chapter 19.
• Printout of Thon special assessment to Eunice
• WTA workshop on Dec. 9, 2008.
• Information on propane safety from Cenex.
• MFL-Clarence Shakal of 42 acres.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT:

• Building permit-Francis Blair
• All the driveways on 148th/150th Avenue are finished and all the work is completed.

FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND BUSINESS:

• The next regular monthly town board meeting will be January 12, 2008 at 7:30 pm.
• Discussion and possible action on budget categories.
• Discussion and possible action on the building permit ordinance.
• Discussion and possible action on expanding the number on plan commission.

ADJOURN:
Gary Yakesh made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
