PUBLIC COMMENT:  There was no public comment.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve and place on file the minutes of October 13, 2008 with a change to ‘Gary Yakesh would like to refine the building permit ordinance’.   David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve the November financial report.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve the October bills.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to postpone the action on budget categories to the December regular monthly meeting.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
There was discussion on a driveway on 148th/150th Avenue.  If the driveway is to conform to the specifications of the driveway ordinance it would cost the township an additional $5000.00 to bulldoze the slope to lower the culvert.  The township, while reconstructing a road, provides the culverts and driveways where necessary.  They will put a berm to divert the drainage to keep water off the road and will slope it off.  Gary Yakesh made a motion to give a variance on the driveway on 148th/150th Avenue for the slope of the driveway but not the drainage on the road.  Ron Fanetti seconded the motion.  The motion carried 2-0.  David Clements abstained.
