RESOLUTION PASSED AT
ANNUAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
APRIL 19, 2022
“Be it resolved that we, the town electors of the Town of Cooks Valley, being duly assembled at the annual town meeting on April 19, 2022 do hereby authorize the Town Board to construct a new town hall by:
(1)Hiring a company to draft, design and spec the building staying as close to the 36x48 foot print as possible.
(2) Directing the Town Board to finance project by using town funds that are available and acquire bank loan for the balance of the cost, not to exceed $200,000. The total cost for building not to exceed $375,000, pursuant to Sec 60.10(2)(F) of the Wisconsin Statutes.”
