SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS

NOVEMBER 11, 2024

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:24 pm on November 11, 2024.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, and Kale Clements, Jan Thorson and Vicki Freeberg.  Residents were Linda Smith, Beth Pagel and Gene Pagel, Jim and Judy Lueck, Mary Jo Fehr, Tom Yakesh.

Kale Clements made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 13, 2023.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 11-0.  

Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $161,379.00 to be paid in 2025 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of Wisconsin statutes. Beth Pagel seconded the motion.   The motion passed 11-0.

Jan Thorson made a motion to adjourn at 7:27 pm.  Gene Pagel seconded the motion.  The motion passed 11-0.
