TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

May 18, 2021

The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on  May 18, 2021 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40th Street at 8:55 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr.  Supervisors present were David Clements and Matt Borofka.   Other town official present was Vicki Freeberg-clerk.   

Discussion and approval of rebid for routing and rubber crack seal on Cooks Valley Town Roads (Part 2)

Bid from Fahrner Asphalt was accepted at the regular Town Board meeting on May 10, 2021 for 85,046. Darrel discussed with John Mason the verbal bid from Fahrner (April 19) and requested that they revise the bid accordingly. That bid was 78,500 and confirmed by Matt Borofka’s notes  – Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept the new bid of $78,500 sent by Fahrner. Matt Borofka seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0

Adjourn:   David Clements made a motion to adjourn at 9:02 am.  Matt Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
