SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS

NOVEMBER 18, 2020

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:31 pm on November 18, 2020.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, David Clements, and Vicki Freeberg.  Residents were Mary Jo Fehr.

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 13, 2018.  Vicki Freeberg seconded the motion.  The motion passed 4-0.  

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $154,175.00 to be paid in 2021 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of Wisconsin statutes. David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 4-0.

Vicki Freeberg made a motion to adjourn at 7:35 p.m.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 4-0.
