SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS

NOVEMBER 14, 2022

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town meeting of the electors to order at 7:54 pm on November 14, 2022.  Elected officials present were Darrel Fehr, Matt Borofka, Jan Thorson and Vicki Freeberg.  Residents were Mary Jo Fehr, Rod Thorson, Beth Pagel and Gene Pagel.

Matt Borofka made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the special meeting of electors of November 15, 2021.  Beth Pagel seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.  

Vicki Freeberg made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $157,773.00 to be paid in 2023 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of Wisconsin statutes. Gene Pagel seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn at 7:57 pm.  Mary Jo Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 8-0.
