TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

May 9, 2022

A special town board meeting was called to order by Chairman Darrel Fehr on Monday May 9, 2022 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall located at 15751 40^th Street at 7:13 pm.  Officers in attendance:  Darrel Fehr-chairman, David Clements-supervisor, Matt Borofka-supervisor, Vicki Freeberg-clerk, Jan Thorson-treasurer.

Discussion to postpone BOR until further notice. Tax roll is incomplete due to re-evaluation -  Darrel Fehr made the motion to postpone the Open book and Board of Review until Bob Irwin has had time to do re-evaluation and submit to the State for approval. Matt Borofka seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0

Adjourn:  Darrel Fehr made the motion to adjourn at 7:14 pm. David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
