TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

NOVEMBER 15, 2021

The Town of Cooks Valley Chairman Darrel Fehr called the special town board meeting to order at 8:00 pm on November 15, 2021.  Elected officials present were: Darrel Fehr, David Clements, Matt Borofka, Jan Thorson and Vicki Freeberg. Residents present were Mary Jo Fehr, Gene Pagel, Beth Pagel, Rod Thorson, Judy Lueck and Jim Lueck.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept the town tax levy of $154,175.00 to be paid in 2022 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a)  of Wisconsin statutes. David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

Matt Borofka made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:02 pm.  Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.
