TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY

Special Town Board Meeting

December 31, 2020

 

 

The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40^th Street at 1:00 pm by Chairman Darrel Fehr. Supervisors present were Matt Borofka and David Clements.  Other town officials present were Town Clerk Vicki Freeberg.

 

 

Discussion and possible action on sale/transfer of mining permit from Chippewa Sand to McCourt Reclamation Services, Inc of TX – county signed approval and they recommended the transfer and Supervisors approval – Darrel Fehr made a motion to transfer mining permit from Chippewa Sand to McCourt Reclamation Services of Texas. Matt Borofka seconded the motion. The motion  carried 3-0. Board signed paperwork and gave to Brian Nodolf.

 

Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn at 1:07 pm. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0.
