Chairman Darrel Fehr called the annual meeting to order at 7:30 on April 16, 2013. Supervisor: John Sykora, Treasurer-Judith Prince and Clerk-Victoria Trinko were also present. See attached poll list for residents present at the meeting.
Chairman Darrel Fehr read the items on the agenda and the minutes of the 2012 annual meeting. . Jim Lueck made a motion to place on file the minutes of the annual meeting of April 10, 2012. Beth Pagel seconded the motion. The motion carried 11-0.
John Sykora made a motion to set the date for the next annual meeting on April 15, 2014. Sheila David seconded the motion. The motion carried 11-0.
Victoria Trinko, town clerk, presented the financial report. Each category and amount was explained. Sheila David made a motion to place the 2012 financial report on file. Gene Pagel seconded the motion. The motion carried 11-0.
John Sykora made a motion to increase the hourly wage of the workers to $9.00. Jim Lueck seconded the motion. The motion carried 11-0.
Road bans were placed by the county on March 11, 2013. The bans were placed on the town roads on March 15, 2013. Superior Silica Sands hauled 3 extra days from the Preferred Sands mine site and are responsible for the repair of pot holes.
No decision has been made on which roads will be repaired in the year 2013. This decision will be made after the road evaluation is completed.
Jim Lueck made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 pm. John Sykora seconded the motion. The motion carried 11-0.
