ANNUAL MEETING

APRIL 20, 2021

Chairman Darrel Fehr called the annual meeting to order at 7:30 pm on April 20, 2021.  Supervisor: David Clements and Matt Borofka, Clerk: Vicki Freeberg were also present.

Chairman Darrel Fehr read the minutes of the April 21, 2020 annual meeting.  Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to place on file the minutes of the annual meeting of April 21, 2020.  Rod Thorson seconded the motion.  The motion carried 7-0.

Chairman Darrel Fehr presented the 2020 financial report.  The categories and amounts were explained.  The board certified the financial statement.

Date was set for 2022 Annual Meeting to be held April 19, 2022.

There was discussion on the purchase of 5 acres of land from Jay Zwiefelhofer that was made in March 2021 for the new town hall. Township paid $25,000 plus closing costs.

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to pursue floor plans, septic and well costs for the new town hall. Rod Thorson seconded the motion. The motion carried 7-0. 

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to amend the first motion. Need to start with the perk test first before other plans. Dave Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 7-0.

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to change the time from 7:30 to 7:00 pm for next Annual meeting. Rod Thorson seconded the motion. The motion carried 7-0

A motion made by Mary Jo Fehr to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 pm.  Matt Borofka seconded the motion.  Motion carried 7-0.
