ANNUAL MEETING

APRIL 21, 2020

Chairman Darrel Fehr called the annual meeting to order at 7:35 pm on April 21, 2020.  Supervisor: David Clements, Clerk: Vicki Freeberg were also present.

Chairman Darrel Fehr read the minutes of the April 16, 2019 annual meeting.  Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to place on file the minutes of the annual meeting of April 16, 2019.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 4-0.

Chairman Darrel Fehr presented the 2019 financial report.  The categories and amounts were explained.  The board certified the financial statement.

Date was set for 2021 Annual Meeting to be held April 20, 2021.

There was discussion on the purchase of land for a new town hall at the 2019 Town of Cooks Valley annual meeting. There has to be a minimum of five acres for a possible land purchase. Darrel has contacted two land owners, Jay Zwiefelhofer & Geraldine Robinson. They are considering and will get back to Darrel at a later date.  

Mary Jo Fehr made a motion to increase the salary by $1000/yr for clerk beginning with the 2021 term. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 4-0. 

A motion made by David Clements to adjourn the meeting at 7:52 pm.  Vicki Freeberg seconded the motion.  Motion carried 4-0.
