Special Town Board Meeting

There will be a special board meeting of the town board of the Town of Cooks Valley on Thursday July 19, 2012 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall located at 15784 40th Street following the public hearing on Thursday July 19, 2012 concerning Preferred Sands of Minnesota LLC Non-metallic mining permit.

1. Call to Order
2. Discuss the public hearing testimony, the permit application, and any proposed changes and/or additional conditions, and may vote on whether to approve, deny, or approve with modifications the proposed permit of Preferred Sands of Minnesota LLC.
3. Adjourn
