TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY

ANNUAL MEETING

APRIL 9, 2007

Chairman Ron Fanetti called the annual meeting to order at 7:37 on April 9, 2007.  Supervisors present were Gary Yakesh and David Clements. Delegation present were:  Eunice Steinmetz-treasurer, Victoria Trinko-clerk, Vernon Steinmetz and David LaGesse.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to approve and place on file the minutes of the April 11, 2006 annual town meeting.  David Clements seconded the motion. The motion passed 7-0.
There was a review of the 2006 financial report. Vernon Steinmetz made a motion to accept and place on file the 2006 financial report.  David LaGesse seconded the motion.  The motion passed 7-0.
Ron Fanetti made a motion to apply for culvert aid on the following culverts for 148th/150th Avenue starting at County Highway SS heading west;

• 1740 ft. from County Highway DD-a 36 inch culvert approximately 54 feet long
• 3157 feet from County Highway DD- a 24 inch culvert 56 feet long
• 4400 fet from County Highway DD- add a culvert-size to be determined
• 6236 feet from County Highway DD –a 42 inch culvert 60+ feet long
• 8469 feet from County Highway DD- a 54 foot culvert probably 48 inches in diameter
• total length of the 148th/150th Avenue 8750 feet
• Power lines must be at least 17 feet above the blacktop on the road.. 

David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 7-0. 
Gary Yakesh made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:13 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 7-0.
