Special Town Board Meeting

There will be a special board meeting of the town board of the Town of Cooks Valley on Thursday March 30, 2017 at the Cooks Valley Town Hall located at 15751 40th Street following the public hearing on Thursday March 30, 2017 concerning PurFrac Non-metallic mining permit application.

Agenda:

1. Call to Order
2. Discuss the public hearing testimony, the permit application, and any proposed changes and/or additional conditions, and may vote on whether to approve, deny, or approve with modifications the proposed permit of PurFrac.
