The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on April 26, 2012 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15784 40th Street at 9:00 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr. Supervisor present was David Clements. Other town official present was Victoria Trinko-clerk.
Discussion and possible action on appointment of members to the Town of Cooks Valley plan commission: Darrel Fehr made a motion to appoint Arlene Hintzman as a member of the Town of Cooks Valley plan commission for a three year term with a termination date of March 22, 2015. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 2-0. Darrel Fehr made a motion to appoint Carol M. Clements as a member of the Town of Cooks Valley plan commission for a three year term with a termination date of March 22, 2013. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 2-0. Darrel Fehr made a motion to appoint Doug Zwiefelhofer as a member of the Town of Cooks Valley plan commission for a three year term with a termination date of March 22, 2014. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 2-0.
