TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 29, 2013

A special town board meeting was called to order 8:30 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr at the Cooks Valley Town Hall located at 15784 40th Street at 8:30 am.  Officers in attendance:  Darrel Fehr-chairman, David Clements-supervisor, Victoria Trinko-clerk.
Possible approval to change the May regular town board meeting from May 13, 2013 to May 14, 2013: Darrel Fehr made a motion to move the May regular town board meeting date from May 13, 2013 to May 14, 2013 at 8:00 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 2-0.
Adjourn:  Darrel Fehr made a  motion to adjourn the special town board meeting at 8:39 am.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 2-0.
