TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
August 6, 2014

A special town board meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm on August 6, 2014 by Chairman Darrel Fehr at the Cooks Valley Town Hall located at 15751 40th Street.  Officers in attendance:  Darrel Fehr-chairman, John Sykora-supervisor, Victoria Trinko-clerk.  

Opening of bids for culverts on 60th Street-north of CTH A:  Bids were opened by Chairman Darrel Fehr- Dave Michels-$7902.67  Dale Zwiefelhofer-$8270.00   Chippewa Valley Excavating-$7620.00 

Discussion and possible awarding of bids for the replacement of culverts on 60th Street-north of CTH A:  Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept Chippewa Valley Excavating bid for the replacement of culverts on 60th Street for a total of $7620.00.  John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion carried 2-0. 

Adjourn:   John Sykora made a motion to adjourn at 7:13 pm.   Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.   The motion carried 2-0.
