TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on August 26, 2010 at the newly installed culvert located near 15751 40th Street, residence of Ronald Fanetti, at 7:00 pm by Chairman Ron Fanetti. Supervisors present were David Clements and Gary Yakesh. Other town officials present were Victoria Trinko-clerk, Eunice Steinmetz-treasurer. Others present: Vernon Steinmetz and Brenda Yakesh.
Discussion and possible approval of paperwork to obtain flood aid: Gary Yakesh made a motion to apply for flood aid for these 4 locations: 135th Avenue, 148th Avenue, 40th Street, and 60th Street. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0. Chairman Ron Fanetti will submit the necessary paperwork for flood aid for these 4 locations.
Gary Yakesh made a motion to adjourn at 7:10 pm. David Clements seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0.
