TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
July 24, 2014

A special town board meeting was called to order at 9:00 am on July 24, 2014 by Chairman Darrel Fehr at the Cooks Valley Town Hall located at 15751 40th Street.  Officers in attendance:  Darrel Fehr-chairman, David Clements-supervisor, John Sykora-supervisor, Victoria Trinko-clerk.  

Discussion and possible action on a resolution with Preferred Sands for the scheduled improvements on 186th Avenue:  There was an explanation about the resolution to change the date for Preferred Sands to have a full 10 year’s use of the road.  Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept resolution 001-2014 to extend Preferred Sands road agreement for a full ten years use of the 186th Avenue mine road haul route after completion of road reconstruction.   John Sykora seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.

Adjourn:  John Sykora made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:10 am.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
