SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
July 27, 2020

The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on July 27, 2020 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40th Street at 9:00 am by Chairman Darrel Fehr.  Supervisors present were David Clements and Matt Borofka.  Other town official present was Vicki Freeberg-clerk.   Also present was John Mason, representative of Fahrner Asphalt.
Opening and possible acceptance of bids for crack filling on Cooks Valley Town Road 155th Ave from Cty Hwy DD east to State Hwy 40, then east of State Hwy 40 to 60th ST - 155th Ave east of 60th ST to 70th ST - 160th Ave from 60th ST east to 70th ST

Darrel Fehr made a motion to approve Fahrner Asphalt bid for crack sealing on the Town of Cooks Valley roads of $27,614.00.  Matt Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.  

Discussion on paving town Right of Way portion on 158th Ave (Sarauer culdasac) – Darrel Fehr made a motion to have Chippewa county do the job for bid of $1600. Matt Borofka seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0

Adjourn:  Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn at 9:09 am.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
