TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 20, 2018

The Special Town Board meeting of the Town of Cooks Valley was called to order on June 20, 2018 at the Cooks Valley town hall located at 15751 40th Street at 7:00 pm by Chairman Darrel Fehr.  Supervisor present was Matt Borofka.  Other town official present was Victoria Trinko-clerk.   Also present was Rob Newcomb, representative of Superior Sealers, LLC.
Opening and possible acceptance of bids for crackfilling on Cooks Valley Town Road 60th St. south section, 60th North section, 170th St. from 70th St. to End, 186th St. from Cty. Hwy. DD to the pavement change; 40th St., 135th Ave., 50th St.:

Matt Borofka made a motion to approve Superior Sealers bid for crack sealing on the Town of Cooks Valley roads of $17,742.00.  Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion carried 2-0.  
Adjourn:  Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn at 7:11 pm.  Matt Borofka seconded the motion.  The motion carried 2-0.
